Wipro's software switches off PCs automatically

1: for Gods sakes which switch in the shutdown command or third party utility will allow for automatically saving all the work when it shuts down the PC. believe me implementing such solutions. do you guys even understand the implications
of developing a solution that ... They should think more in depth to save some of the tallented engineers who have been given pink slip and come out something very innovative software so that Wipro can retain pool of tallented engineers.
